THREE THINGS to KEEP IN MIND:
1. When looking for a strategy, please remember it is a plan of action designed to achieve the intended goal.
2. Strategies should be observable, doable and measurable.
3. Emphasis must be on formative assessments and observations so that monitoring and adjusting of instruction takes place in a timely fashion. End of year (summative) evaluations do little to assist the campus/district in making dynamic adjustments effectively.
